Your account identifies you. Your workspace brings your team and product access together. Understand the difference before you start working with company information.

You use Motaded Account to sign in and access your workspaces and products. Inside a workspace, you open the products available to you and work with the relevant business records. Signing in, joining a workspace and connecting a company are separate actions.
Who does what
Motaded Account
Handles your Motaded sign-in, workspace membership and access to products.
Workspace
Provides the shared working context for a team and its available products.
Product
Provides tools for a particular area of work, such as company procedures in Platform or client follow-up in CRM.
Company record in Platform
Holds the information and supported procedures for the company you are managing.
Government account
Provides separate access to an authority’s services, subject to that account’s permissions and verification requirements.
In what order
1
Sign in with your own account
Use your personal Motaded account. If you were invited to a workspace, use the account associated with the invitation rather than creating a separate workspace for the same team.
2
Create or join the intended workspace
Create a workspace when setting up your team’s working environment, or accept the relevant invitation when joining an existing team.
3
Check the workspace context
Confirm that you are entering the correct workspace before opening a product or adding business information. If more than one workspace is available to you, choose the one relevant to the task.
4
Open the product you need
Use Platform for company procedures and records, or another product for its own area of work. Product availability and your access determine what you can open.
5
Set up the relevant business context
In Platform, follow the appropriate route for starting a new company or connecting an existing one. Creating a workspace does not create or register a legal entity.
6
Invite colleagues through Account
The workspace owner manages team invitations through Motaded Account. Invite each colleague using their own email address so they can access the workspace through their own identity.
7
Connect authority accounts when required
Complete any separate government-account connection needed by a supported workflow. Workspace membership does not establish permission to act through an authority’s service.
Account vs workspace
Your account
Identifies you as an individual user
Provides your Motaded sign-in
Can give you access to workspaces you belong to
Does not, by itself, grant access to every product or government service
Your workspace
Provides a shared context for your team
Contains memberships and available product access
Helps keep work associated with the intended organisation
Is not an official company registration
Key points to keep distinct
Sign-in and invitations
Use Motaded Account for signing in and accepting workspace invitations.
Motaded Account
Product access
Check whether the product is available to your workspace and accessible to your account.
Workspace owner / Account
Company information
Review company records within the relevant product before editing or starting a procedure.
Your authorised team
Government permissions
Use an authority account you are authorised to operate. These permissions are separate from your Motaded membership.
Authority account holder
Cross-product information
A shared sign-in does not mean every record is automatically shared between products. Check the specific workflow before expecting data to appear elsewhere.
Relevant product
Official actions
A workspace draft, prepared application, submitted request and issued result are different stages.

Mistakes to avoid
Creating another workspace when you intended to join your team’s existing one.
Sharing one person’s sign-in instead of inviting colleagues individually.
Assuming every workspace member can open every product or perform every action.
Treating a workspace name as the company’s official registered name.
Assuming a shared account means all product data is automatically synchronised.
Treating Motaded access as permission to use another person’s government account.
Motaded products use the shared Motaded Account identity. Access to a particular product still depends on its availability and your workspace access.
No. A workspace is a working environment in Motaded. Company formation and commercial registration require their own official procedures.
Successful sign-in confirms your identity. Check that you have selected the correct workspace and that the product is available to you. Ask the workspace owner to review your access if needed.
Not when joining the team that sent the invitation. They should accept the invitation using the intended account and enter the existing workspace.
Do not assume so. Access depends on the supported product workflow and the applicable permissions. A workspace invitation does not itself grant authority to act through a government account.
