These terms explain how you can use the Motaded website and products, and what you and Motaded each agree to. Please read them before you create an account.

These terms are an agreement between you and Motaded Company (National Number 7054627844) (“Motaded”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the Motaded website and to Motaded products, including Platform and CRM, and to products added later.
By creating an account or using Motaded, you agree to these terms. If you use Motaded on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date.
You can sign in with Nafath or with email. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away at support@motaded.sa if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your account, including by people you invite to your company workspace.
Motaded helps you understand, prepare, track and organise the official procedures of your company, and keeps related requests and documents in one place.
You connect and use your own accounts with each authority. Motaded prepares applications from the information you provide, and you review and approve every submission before it is sent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit.
You keep ownership of the data and documents you add to Motaded. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to provide the service to you and to the people you invite. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
When you use Motaded, you agree not to:
Motaded is free during early access. Features that are not yet available are labelled “Coming soon” or “Planned”. Before any paid plan applies to you, we will tell you the price and give you the choice to continue or close your account.
Motaded links to and works alongside third-party services, such as government portals and Nafath. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions.
We work to keep Motaded available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If a change significantly affects how you use Motaded, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
The Motaded name, logo, software and content are owned by Motaded or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them except to use the service as intended.
To the extent the law allows, Motaded is not liable for decisions, delays or fees of any authority, or for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To confirm
You can close your account at any time from your settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Before closing an account, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your data, unless the law prevents it.
