This policy explains what personal data Motaded collects, why, who we share it with and the rights you have under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL).

02 What this policy covers
This policy covers the Motaded website and products, including Platform and CRM, and the people who use them: account holders, people they invite, and people whose details are added to a company file, such as owners and managers.
03 Data we collect
Depending on how you use Motaded, we collect:
- Account details: name, email, phone number, language and the confirmation that your identity was verified with Nafath. We never receive your Nafath password or codes.
- Company details: trade name, commercial registration, licences, activities, owners, managers and their shares.
- Documents you upload, such as passports, contracts and certificates.
- Information from authorities you connect, such as request statuses, decisions and issued documents.
- Messages you send us and questions you ask Ask Motaded.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address, pages visited and error logs.
04 Why we use it
We use personal data to:
- create and secure your account;
- prepare, track and organise your company’s procedures and documents;
- answer your questions and provide support;
- send service messages, such as reminders and status changes;
- keep Motaded secure and prevent fraud;
- meet our legal obligations.
05 Legal basis
We process personal data on the bases allowed by the PDPL: to provide the service you asked for, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in running a secure service, and with your consent where it is needed — for example, for optional analytics cookies or marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
06 Ask Motaded
Ask Motaded uses your company’s route and records to answer your questions. Your questions and answers are stored in your workspace so you can see them later. We do not use your documents or company data to train models offered to other customers. To confirm
07 Who we share data with
We share personal data only when needed:
- with an authority, such as SBC or MISA, when you approve a submission to it;
- with people you invite to your company workspace, according to the access you give them;
- with service providers that host, secure or support Motaded, under contracts that protect your data;
- where the law requires it, for example at the request of a competent authority.
08 We don’t sell personal data
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
09 Where data is stored

10 How long we keep it
We keep personal data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

12 Your rights

15 Children
Motaded is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell you about important changes before they take effect.
