An authority may require fresh verification before you continue. Restore the right account access, then check what happened to the task you were working on.

Government services control their own sessions and verification requirements. A connection that worked earlier may need another sign-in. This concerns access to the service; it does not, by itself, mean that a company record is invalid or that an application failed.
Who does what
Government service
Determines when another sign-in or verification is required.
Motaded
Indicates that access needs attention and provides the supported continuation process.
Authorised account holder
Completes verification for the intended external account.
Request record
Provides the available information about whether the business action occurred.
In what order
1
Identify the affected service
Check which connection needs attention. Do not assume that all government accounts or your Motaded session have expired.
2
Check the interrupted task
Identify whether you were reading information, preparing a draft or attempting an official action. These situations require different follow-up.
3
Confirm the intended account
Restore access to the account relevant to the task. If you choose a different account, recheck its permissions and company context before continuing.
4
Complete the current verification attempt
Follow the instructions shown for the active attempt. If it expires or is cancelled, use the next action provided rather than relying on an older prompt.
5
Check what resumes
After verification, review whether the task continued or still needs your attention. Successful sign-in alone does not prove that the task completed.
6
Verify any uncertain official action
If submission had already been attempted and its result remains unclear, check the request before trying again.
Access vs task completion
Access restored
The external account has been verified again
Supported work may be able to continue
The intended company context still matters
No business outcome is established by sign-in alone
Task completed
The relevant action has its own result
A request or response may need review
Further steps may remain
Completion must be checked separately from authentication
Key points after a sign-in prompt
Same service
Restore the connection requested by the interrupted workflow.
Connection prompt
Correct account
Confirm who you are authenticating as and which entity they can act for.
Account holder / authority
Current attempt
Follow the active verification process rather than an earlier expired prompt.
Current connection attempt
Continuation
Check whether work resumed, stopped or needs another decision.
Motaded workflow
Submission outcome
Verify receipt separately if an official action may already have occurred.
Request / authority
Mistakes to avoid
Treating a session problem as proof that an application failed.
Signing in with another account without checking the company context.
Repeating the original submission immediately after verification.
Assuming closing a verification prompt cancels an official request.
Treating successful authentication as confirmation that every pending task completed.
Signing in restores access. Depending on the supported workflow, it may allow a previously authorised action to continue. Check the task’s result before taking another action.
The task may remain blocked or stop waiting for verification. Closing the prompt does not establish that an official request has been cancelled.
Only if it is authorised for the intended work. Changing the account may change available companies and permissions, so review the context before continuing.
Check the saved state when you return. A connection interruption does not prove that a draft was lost, but unsaved changes may need to be entered again.
Restore access, then continue with context
